In 1985, Arti Chemical Industries launched Pigment Emulsion as first product in the market. We received tremendous acclamation and set the base for next product.
In 2005, we launched Binders and then, Gold Binders provide us unending success in market. Today we are known for our specialized Gold Binder. We are manufacturer of Pigment Emulsion paste and fine paste for various industries like plastic, rubber, paints, detergents. Khadi is our prime product used in printing processes.
Success of other products like Cotton Khadi, Block Khadi, Binder SLN, Binder 4000, Binder 9400 set the platform for soon enterning into international market.

Method of Pigment Emulsion Use in Printing & Dying
Pigment Dispersions / Emulsions is an exclusive range of pigment preparation offered by Arti Chemical Industries. These emulsions are prepared to keep the highest level of quality in place. This forward-integrated product provides an exclusive quality, stability, and a high degree of brightness property to the fabric.
Pigment Emulsions are based on the water emulsion principle and the printing paste consists of the following ingredients:
Pigment Dispersion / Emulsion
Pigment Dispersion / Emulsion uses the selected pigments in emulsion form, distinguished by exceptional fitness of dispersion and high level of stability. They are mixable with one another in any proportion so that any desired shade may be obtained. They are compatible with all the binders.
Binders
Pigment Emulsions offer good compatibility with most of the binders available in the industry. Binders are suitable for Roller and Screen-printing and due to their excellent re-emulsification property, it is eminently suitable for Rotary / Screen-printing.
Thickener
With the help of the emulsifier from binder, synthetic thickener or kerosene is added in the printing paste to form stable emulsion with water. This printing paste, after drying and curing, leaves minimum solids on the cloth; resulting in a very bright print, higher color yield and good fastness properties.
